rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. A rental month
is four weeks. |

Check-in
time is 2:00 pm Saturday. |

Check-out
time is by 10:00 am Saturday. |

Deposit
- All reservations require a deposit of $100.00 per week.
The remainder on the total is due upon arrival. Credit
cards are not accepted. Personal checks are fine. Deposits
must be recieved within ten (10) days after reservation
is made for us to consider your reservation complete. |

Cancellations
- Deposit is refundable only if we were able to rerent
your week or weeks.
All refunds will be charged a 20% service. |

Pets
are not allowed. |

Telephone
- We have a telephone. We will furnish the number at reservation
time.
Please bring your telephone credit card or charge all
calls to you home phone. |

Liquor
- The Cashiers area is dry. The nearest beer, wine, or
liquor is about 12 miles away. |
